Training in full gear on air is a MUST for ALL Firefighters.


Training if full gear on air is the ultimate equalizer. It will challenge your mind and body and that is why most won't do it.


Are you functional?


It does not matter how fast you run, how many push ups you can do, how much you squat, how much you deadlift or how fit you think you are, the weight and heat will humble even the fittest firefighters.


Get used to being uncomfortable and keep grinding.


We need to explore our limits and create awareness in a controlled environment to ensure we are prepared for any and all emergencies.


It is our duty and obligation to be able to perform at a high level at all times. Lives depend on it.


Minimum Standard should be 1 Depletion Drill a month.
